Growmify Delivery-Shipping Policy

Growmify is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company, and therefore, we don’t deliver physical products. However, upon successful signup and payment, we deliver your customized online service environment within the specified timeframe.

Delivery Timeline:

  • Standard Delivery: Growmify aims to deliver your fully configured service environment within 1-2 business weeks from the date of purchase. This timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of your chosen service package and the volume of customization required.
  • Expedited Delivery (Optional): In some cases, expedited delivery options may be available for an additional fee. Please contact our sales team for more information and current availability.


Communication:

  • You will receive a confirmation email upon successful signup, outlining your chosen service package and estimated delivery timeframe.
  • Our team will keep you updated throughout the configuration process. You’ll receive progress notifications and have the opportunity to review your service environment before final delivery.

  • Growmify operates on business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • We strive to meet the above-mentioned delivery timelines, but unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause slight delays. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Growmify is not responsible for any delays caused by customer-provided information errors or technical issues beyond our control.
